Job Description

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking multiple Commercial Customer Specialists for a well-established organization in Oklahoma City!

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service, call center, banking, or financial services experience who enjoy problem-solving and working directly with business customers.

Our client is looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who can confidently communicate with customers, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Multiple positions are available, and we are actively seeking qualified candidates!

Job Responsibilities

Respond to incoming customer inquiries through phone and email.
Provide professional support to business and commercial customers.
Assist customers with account information, online services, and general support requests.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through online platforms and systems.
Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with new customer onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and requests.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow established procedures while meeting productivity and service expectations.
Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Requirements

Previous customer service experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate professionally with business customers and internal teams.
Dependable work history and consistent attendance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous banking, commercial banking, financial services, or related industry experience.
High-volume call center or customer support experience.
Experience supporting business accounts or professional clients.
Experience providing technical troubleshooting or online account support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
1–3 years of banking experience or a college degree preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $18.50–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Work Environment: On-site, professional office setting
Employment Type: Full-Time
