Compensation: $110,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Overview

Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with an established organization to identify an experienced Project Manager to oversee engineering and infrastructure projects from initial planning through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and execution while ensuring projects meet established quality, safety, and operational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or project management, preferably within an industrial or infrastructure environment. This role requires strong leadership, financial management, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage engineering and infrastructure projects from initial planning through construction and completion.
Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and execution plans.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure projects remain within established budgets and timelines.
Identify project risks and develop strategies to minimize potential cost and schedule impacts.
Oversee project documentation, contracts, reporting, and scope change management.
Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Communicate project updates and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
Five or more years of experience in engineering, operations, or project management.
Experience managing complex engineering, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Understanding of project budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, procurement, and construction.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with Procore preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Ability to travel to other locations as needed.
