Position Overview

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to design, implement, and optimize enterprise observability solutions across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and critical technology environments. This role focuses on improving system monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and operational visibility to help organizations identify and resolve issues more efficiently.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, and develop monitoring strategies that improve system reliability and performance. The position may be filled at either the Systems Analyst II or Systems Analyst III level, depending on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize monitoring and observability solutions across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and services.
Improve telemetry collection, alerting, event correlation, dashboards, and system health monitoring.
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, application support, and operations teams to identify and resolve monitoring gaps.
Analyze complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement proactive monitoring improvements.
Develop automation and integrations using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and APIs.
Establish monitoring standards, technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Mentor technical team members and promote consistent observability practices.
Define monitoring and alerting requirements for new technologies and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

5–8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with a focus on observability, monitoring, or infrastructure operations.
Proficiency in at least two monitoring platforms, such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Microsoft SCOM, OpsView, Venafi, or similar tools.
Experience with scripting, automation, and API-based integrations.
Strong understanding of metrics, logs, traces, events, system performance, and event management.
Experience developing dashboards, alerts, and service health monitoring solutions.
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including networking, operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with hybrid cloud environments, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or infrastructure engineering.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, change management, ServiceNow, and CMDB integration.
Experience monitoring operational technology or other critical systems.
Ability to mentor technical staff, lead initiatives, and collaborate across multiple teams.
A proactive problem-solver who can balance immediate operational needs with long-term monitoring strategy and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits
