Desktop Support Technician

Location: Battle Ground, WA
Compensation: $25–$28/hour

Position Summary

Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support to end users. This role will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues while providing both onsite and remote support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide desk-side and remote support to end users.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, network, and software issues.
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
Assist with computer imaging, deployments, upgrades, and technology refresh projects.
Support user accounts and access within Active Directory.
Document and manage support requests through a ticketing system.
Maintain IT hardware and software and assist with asset management.
Work with other IT teams to resolve more complex technical issues.
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to end users.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or an associate degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
3+ years of experience in desktop or IT support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience with desktop/laptop imaging and deployment.
Experience with IT ticketing systems; ServiceNow is a plus.
