Controller

Location: Oklahoma City, OK | On-Site
Salary: $140,000–$170,000

We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned company seeking a hands-on Controller to lead its accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for a CPA who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day business, working closely with leadership, and making a meaningful impact within a close-knit organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow

• Lead and develop the accounting team

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance

• Partner directly with ownership on financial strategy and business decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

• Active CPA license required

• Ideally 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong technical accounting and leadership skills

• Hands-on, collaborative approach with an ownership mentality

• Comfortable working fully on-site

Compensation: $140K–$170K + bonus + benefits
