Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounting and month-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- Support audits, budgeting, and special accounting projects
- Partner with leadership on various accounting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
