About the Opportunity

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist for an Oklahoma City employer. This position supports weekly payroll processing, maintains accurate employee records, and helps employees and managers resolve payroll and timekeeping questions.

This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on workplace with regular employee interaction and changing priorities. The right candidate will be organized, approachable, and comfortable balancing deadlines with day-to-day requests.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.

• Review time records, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.

• Maintain payroll information, including employee changes, deductions, and adjustments.

• Answer employee questions about pay and timekeeping.

• Assist with timekeeping system implementation and employee training.

• Support payroll reporting and maintain confidential employee records.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of payroll experience.

• Experience processing weekly payroll; multistate experience required.

• Familiarity with payroll software and timekeeping systems.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage interruptions while meeting payroll deadlines.

• Construction or other hourly workforce payroll experience preferred.

• Bilingual communication skills preferred.

• Proliant experience is a plus.
