Oklahoma City, OK | $140,000–$160,000 

We’re partnering with a growing, entrepreneurial company in Oklahoma City seeking a Controller who wants to make an impact. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building, improving, and taking ownership—not simply maintaining the status quo.

The Controller will oversee the accounting function while working closely with leadership to strengthen processes, improve financial visibility, and support continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the accounting function, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management

• Develop and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting

• Provide meaningful financial analysis and strategic insights to leadership

• Manage audit, tax, banking, and other external relationships

• Mentor and develop the accounting team

• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and company growth

What We’re Looking For

• CPA or CMA required

• Strong progressive accounting and financial leadership experience

• Solid knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls

• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with executive leadership

Compensation: $140,000–$160,000, depending on experience.
