Assistant Controller

$115,000–$125,000 + Benefits + Bonus 

We’re looking for a driven Assistant Controller who is ready to take the next step in their accounting career. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead key aspects of month-end and year-end close

• Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities

• Help strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes

• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and special projects

• Partner with the Controller and leadership on strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 

• Strong progressive accounting experience

• Solid GAAP and financial reporting knowledge

• Leadership mentality with a hands-on approach

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $115,000–$125,000, depending on experience.
