Director of Technology
Location: Oklahoma City Metro Area | Salary: $135,000–$150,000 + Bonus

Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Technology to lead and manage all aspects of technology operations across a dynamic, multi-use facility. This role oversees IT, technical services, network infrastructure, audio-visual systems, and vendor management, while ensuring efficiency, security, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all technology functions, including IT support, network administration, software/hardware deployment, technical services, and contractor/vendor management.

  • Supervise managers and supervisors; handle hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee development.

  • Develop, implement, and enforce technology policies, procedures, preventive maintenance schedules, and security protocols.

  • Oversee technology operations for multiple sites, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and industry standards.

  • Manage procurement, budgets, contracts, RFPs, and RFQs for technology systems and services.

  • Serve as a point of contact for operations during major events or facility-wide initiatives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth technology operations before, during, and after events.

  • Monitor technology performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

  • 3–5 years of progressive IT management experience in a multi-site or live event environment.

  • Experience leading a small-to-medium technology organization preferred.

  • Broad knowledge of hardware, software, network security, phone systems, and connectivity (Windows and Mac).

  • Advanced understanding of Windows infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and networking (Cisco, Ruckus, Extreme, or similar).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Physically able to access and work on technology systems throughout a large facility.

Compensation:

  • $135,000–$150,000 base salary

  • Performance-based bonus structure
