Position: Bank Teller (Contract to Hire)

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Bank Teller to support daily branch operations by providing efficient and accurate financial transactions while delivering excellent customer service. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and plays an important part in maintaining a positive banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Handle cash and balance drawers accurately in accordance with established procedures
• Assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking needs
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate products or services when applicable
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and security procedures
• Resolve customer issues or escalate concerns as needed
• Support overall branch operations and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or cash handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Basic computer proficiency

Pay for the Bank Teller is $15.50/hour and then will be bumped when hired on.
