Position: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead billing and accounts receivable activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established processes
• Oversee customer account portfolios, proactively managing collections and mitigating risk
• Analyze and resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial data across systems
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes
• Monitor receivables performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to support cash flow and decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and controls
• Support reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives within the receivables function

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field highly preferred
• 3+ years experience in accounting, billing, or related work
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills
• Good communication skills
