Job Title: Credit Manager

Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a strong company that is seeking a Credit Manager to oversee credit, collections, and customer account management. This role evaluates credit risk, manages receivables, and supports strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections and accurate account maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full credit review process, including credit reports, references, and risk evaluation
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and perform collection activities as needed
• Communicate with customers regarding account status, payments, and dispute resolution
• Coordinate with sales and leadership on account decisions, escalations, and credit limits
• Maintain accurate customer account records within the ERP system, including cash applications and account updates
• Support compliance efforts related to sales tax and documentation requirements
• Manage account actions such as holds, status changes, and third-party collection referrals
• Submit invoices through third-party platforms to support collections
• Maintain organized and up-to-date credit files and documentation
• Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring a positive experience and strong relationships
• Assist with additional accounting-related tasks, including reporting, audits, and month-end support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
• Strong understanding of credit risk, collections processes, and customer account management
• Experience working within an ERP system (Epicor Eclipse or similar preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
