MORTGAGE SERVICING ASSOCIATE
Our client is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their growing financial services team in Oklahoma City. This is an on-site position supporting customers with home loan-related inquiries in a fast-paced contact center environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to navigate detailed conversations with professionalism and accuracy.
Position Highlights:
• Full-time, on-site role in Oklahoma City
• Structured call center environment with paid training provided

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to mortgage accounts
• Assist customers with payments, escrow inquiries, account updates, and document requests
• Support customers with past-due accounts by explaining available solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions
• Ensure all communication meets compliance and regulatory standards
• De-escalate customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving
• Meet individual and team performance goals in a high-volume environment
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environment preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable handling sensitive financial conversations
• Previous experience in mortgage servicing or financial services is a plus
Additional Information:
• $17.00 – $18.00/hour, based on experience
• Full benefits package available
• Schedule falls within Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM + rotating Saturday (mornings)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates encouraged to apply
