Position: Director of Business Systems & PMO

Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with an amazing organization that is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Systems & PMO to lead enterprise systems, analytics, and project delivery initiatives that support core business operations. This role serves as a key bridge between business and technology, ensuring systems, data, and processes are aligned to drive operational efficiency and measurable business value.

Reporting to the CIO, this leader will oversee business analysis, project management, data governance, and analytics functions, while partnering closely with Application Development and Service Delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams across business analysis, project management, master data, and analytics
  • Define and execute the business systems roadmap aligned with organizational priorities
  • Establish governance frameworks, change management processes, and documentation standards
  • Oversee the PMO, ensuring consistent project delivery, prioritization, and portfolio visibility
  • Manage the full lifecycle of business-critical systems, including ERP, WMS, integrations, and analytics platforms
  • Identify and drive process improvements through automation, system optimization, and integration
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver technology initiatives that support business objectives
  • Ensure strong data governance, data quality, and master data management practices
  • Oversee development of analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership
  • Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to executive stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationships, including software providers and system integrators

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or IT leadership
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and WMS
  • Experience with data governance, master data management, and analytics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
