A well-established organization in the Oklahoma City area is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support its Accounts Receivable operations. This role will focus on managing customer accounts, assisting with invoice follow-up, and helping resolve billing inquiries. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple accounts while providing excellent customer service.
Support accounts receivable functions, including monitoring open invoices and account balances
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices via phone and email
Provide invoice copies and assist with billing-related inquiries
Research and help resolve payment discrepancies or disputes, escalating when necessary
Assist with reconciliation and account research as needed
Provide excellent service to internal teams and external customers
Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with colleagues across departments as needed
Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, accounting support, or a related finance role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
Monday–Friday within standard business hours
Contract assignment expected to last 3
Pay rate starting around $19/hour
