Position: Accounts Payable Specialist 

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at a growing manufacturing company. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
• Review and resolve purchase price variances (PPVs) in coordination with purchasing and operations teams
• Handle high-volume data entry with a high degree of accuracy
• Prepare and enter weekly payment batches, including ACH transactions
• Record and reconcile payments in the accounting system
• Process and enter employee expense reports in accordance with company policy
• Review and enter P-Card transactions, ensuring proper coding and documentation
• Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files and records
• Assist with month-end close tasks related to accounts payable
• Support audits by providing requested documentation and reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of purchase orders and invoice matching processes
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments
