Bilingual Call Center Associate

Location: OKC 
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $17–$18/hour + additional incentives

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Associate (English/Spanish) to join a fast-paced team focused on assisting customers through application processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and thrives in a structured call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to customers regarding application assistance

• Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish

• Guide customers through required steps and answer questions

• Accurately document interactions in internal systems

• Maintain productivity and quality standards

• Deliver strong customer service while handling a high volume of calls

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems

• Dependable with strong attendance and reliability

Compensation & Details

• Base pay: $17–$18/hour (DOE)

• Shift differential available

• Bilingual incentive offered
