Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst with strong expertise in 3-statement financial modeling (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement). This role will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic decision support across the organization. The ideal candidate combines advanced financial modeling skills with business acumen, strong communication abilities, and experience partnering with cross-functional leadership teams.
 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting
  • Own and maintain fully integrated 3-statement financial models.
  • Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
  • Develop driver-based revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Perform scenario analysis and stress testing for strategic initiatives.
Financial Modeling & Analysis
  • Build and maintain dynamic, scalable 3-statement models.
  • Create long-range financial plans (3–5 year outlooks).
  • Support M&A analysis, investment decisions, and capital allocation planning.
  • Conduct sensitivity, variance, and trend analysis.
  • Evaluate working capital and cash flow impacts.
Reporting & Business Partnership
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages.
  • Deliver executive-level dashboards and KPIs.
  • Partner with department heads to track performance against budget.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives.
Process Improvement
  • Improve financial reporting automation and modeling efficiency.
  • Enhance data integrity and forecasting accuracy.
  • Document modeling assumptions and standardize financial processes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including complex financial modeling).
  • Demonstrated experience building fully integrated 3-statement models from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Experience with financial planning systems.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Compensation

$100k - $125k depending education and experience. Company offers bonus potential, comprehensive benefits and excellent retirement.
