Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Treasury & Online Banking Support Specialist to support business and commercial banking clients through phone and email channels. This role focuses on online banking and treasury services, client onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance. The ideal candidate brings either banking experience or strong high-volume customer support experience and communicates confidently with business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound phone and email support to business and commercial clients
Assist with online banking access, password resets, user setup, and troubleshooting
Support treasury and cash management services including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, wires, and card services
Complete new client onboarding and perform ongoing account maintenance
Guide customers through banking tools and recommend appropriate solutions (non-sales)
Manage daily call volume while meeting service level expectations
Qualifications
Banking experience or high-volume call center/customer support experience required
Comfortable working directly with business and commercial customers
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Stable work history with clear tenure listed on resume
