Overview
We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations and support across systems administration, help desk, networking, and infrastructure. This role manages internal IT services, ensures system reliability and security, and supports business operations through stable, scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support help desk operations, ticketing, and end-user support.

  • Manage system administration for Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, servers, backups, and patching.

  • Maintain security best practices, endpoint protection, and access controls.

  • Manage vendors, licensing, hardware, and software procurement.

Required Experience
