Job Title: Human Resources Director
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Fully On-Site)
Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 DOE

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Director to lead and elevate our people operations in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative, on-site environment and is passionate about driving culture, performance, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits

• Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives

• Develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that enhance engagement and retention

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

• Mentor and develop HR team members while fostering a positive workplace culture

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Director-level HR leadership experience

• Bachelor’s degree required

• HR certification required (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)

• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices

• Proven ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change
