ERP Functional Analyst – Finance and Supply Chain

This role supports the functional configuration and day-to-day operation of Oracle Fusion ERP, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain modules. The team is looking for a hands-on functional analyst or configurator who enjoys solving real business problems, working closely with users, and keeping core ERP processes running smoothly.

This is not a purely advisory role. You will be actively configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and supporting Oracle Fusion in a live production environment.

What you will be doing

• Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Fusion ERP modules in Finance and Supply Chain

• Troubleshoot functional issues, workflows, and business rules in partnership with business users

• Run reports, load data, and support day-to-day ERP operations

• Create and maintain user guides and quick reference documentation

• Train users on OTBI and SmartView reporting

• Monitor and support scheduled jobs and processes, including resolving transaction console errors

• Participate in upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including UAT and regression testing

• Support month-end and year-end close activities

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions

• Support ERP-related projects and timelines

• Provide after-hours support during upgrades or vendor-led updates when needed

Required experience

• 5+ years in an Oracle ERP functional support role

• Recent, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud

• Strong experience in Finance and or Supply Chain modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, or Procurement

• Experience building OTBI reports

• Strong understanding of business processes and controls

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

• Comfortable supporting production systems and business-critical processes
