This role supports the functional configuration and day-to-day operation of Oracle Fusion ERP, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain modules. The team is looking for a hands-on functional analyst or configurator who enjoys solving real business problems, working closely with users, and keeping core ERP processes running smoothly.
This is not a purely advisory role. You will be actively configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and supporting Oracle Fusion in a live production environment.

What you will be doing
Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Fusion ERP modules in Finance and Supply Chain
Troubleshoot functional issues, workflows, and business rules in partnership with business users
Run reports, load data, and support day-to-day ERP operations
Create and maintain user guides and quick reference documentation
Train users on OTBI and SmartView reporting
Monitor and support scheduled jobs and processes, including resolving transaction console errors
Participate in upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including UAT and regression testing
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions
Support ERP-related projects and timelines
Provide after-hours support during upgrades or vendor-led updates when needed
Required experience
5+ years in an Oracle ERP functional support role
Recent, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
Strong experience in Finance and or Supply Chain modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, or Procurement
Experience building OTBI reports
Strong understanding of business processes and controls
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Comfortable supporting production systems and business-critical processes
