Primary Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle medical billing and financial review processes

Communicate with patients regarding financial information, billing questions, and required documentation

Review accounts for accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information

Assist with eligibility and approval-related processes

Maintain organized and accurate records within internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams to support timely claim resolution

Provide professional and compassionate customer service

Participate in rotating on-call coverage as needed

Qualifications

Experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, revenue cycle, or related office environment preferred
