We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Analyst III to join our technology operations team. This role focuses on advanced network monitoring, incident management, and resolution of complex technical issues to ensure optimal system availability and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in networking and systems administration, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead major incident coordination efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain performance of network and systems across multiple environments.

• Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution for alerts and incidents.

• Document root cause analysis for major events and ensure timely escalation when needed.

• Configure and maintain network devices, monitoring tools, and related systems.

• Support data center operations, backups, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.

• Implement network upgrades and infrastructure changes as required.

• Generate performance and incident reports for leadership.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience: 5+ years in IT support with a strong focus on networks, systems, and security.

• Certifications: CCNA or ITIL 4.0 (required within 12 months of hire).

• Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of IP networking, VLANs, VPN, load balancing, and firewalls.

• Experience with routers, switches, and network monitoring solutions.

• Familiarity with Windows, Linux/Unix, virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.

• Understanding of disaster recovery, clustering, and backup processes.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance best practices.

• Strong communication skills for incident coordination and stakeholder updates.

• Ability to work on-site and handle major incident escalations effectively.
