Responsibilities:
Support the evaluation and setup of customer accounts in alignment with company guidelines.
Assist in reviewing account activity and addressing outstanding matters as needed.
Communicate with external contacts to facilitate account-related resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing and documentation.
Help manage incoming requests and provide necessary documentation or information.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to account management discussions.
Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvements.
Engage with third parties when appropriate to resolve open items.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Background in customer account management, finance, or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using office software and business systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or within a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Salary range of the Credit & Collections Specialist starts at $55k/year and goes up based on years of experience.
