Position: Human Resources (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Oklahoma City
Pay Range: $60,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to serve as the sole HR professional in our organization. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise across the full HR spectrum, from payroll processing to employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of HR experience, strong administrative skills, and proven success in industries such as oilfield services, oil and gas, or construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for all employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR best practices

  • Manage and process payroll accurately and on time using Paycom

  • Administer benefits programs, enrollments, and employee changes

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management support

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews

  • Develop and maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and job descriptions

  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and coordination of interviews

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics for leadership review

  • Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping of all HR and payroll-related files

  • Provide administrative support to leadership as needed

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in oilfield services, oil and gas, or construction

  • Prior experience as the sole or primary HR professional in an organization strongly preferred

  • Paycom payroll processing experience required

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance requirements, and best practices

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) a plus
