Responsibilities
- Prepare and post accurate and timely journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data
- Maintain and analyze the balance sheet accounts
- Participate in month-end close activities, ensuring deadlines are met
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create reports, models, and reconciliations
- Collaborate with other departments to support accounting and reporting needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
