The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the accounts payable department for the accounting group through installing effective and efficient processes that follow internal guidelines. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily AP operations and ensure policy compliance

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the AP team

  • Review/approve invoices and resolve vendor issues

  • Lead month-end AP close and reporting

  • Drive process improvements and cross-department collaboration

  • Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards

  • Prepare AP performance reports for leadership
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance 

  • 5+ years of experience in AP Required

  • Management Experience Required
