Position: PT Senior Division Order Analyst

Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a rapidly expanding company in downtown Tulsa that is seeking a PT Senior Division Order Analyst on a contract basis through the end of the year. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze title documentation (deeds, leases, probate, assignments, etc.) to establish and confirm ownership interests.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update division of interest decks for revenue and joint interest billing (JIB).
  • Issue and manage division orders to royalty and working interest owners; ensure timely execution and return.
  • Communicate with royalty owners, working interest partners, and internal teams to resolve ownership questions, title curative issues, and payment inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Land, Legal, Revenue, and Accounting departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of ownership records.
  • Review and interpret legal documents such as title opinions, probate filings, and affidavits of heirship.
  • Maintain accurate and complete ownership records in the land and accounting systems.
  • Oversee suspense accounts and facilitate the release of held funds once curative is completed.
  • Monitor regulatory filings and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
  • Assist with system conversions or data clean-up projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Division Order Analyst, preferably in a senior or managerial capacity.
  • Deep understanding of title, conveyancing, and oil & gas property rights (fee, leasehold, overriding royalty, NPRI, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Texas Railroad Commission, OCC, NDIC).
  • Experience with division order systems (e.g., WolfePak, Enertia, Ogsys, Quorum, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage complex ownership chains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in dealing with interest owners and legal counsel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • CPLTA designation preferred but not required.
The pay range for the PT Senior Division Order Analyst is up to $60/hour based on experience.
