We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Front Office Administrative Assistant to join a team in Tulsa, OK. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term potential in a friendly and casual manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors
Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately
Process payments and handle basic financial transactions
Maintain organized and accurate front office records
Perform data entry and administrative support tasks as needed
Utilize QuickBooks for payment processing and reporting
Qualifications:
Previous experience with QuickBooks is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a busy front office environment
