We’re hiring a Sales Manager to oversee all AV sales activity across multiple offices. This is a hybrid role with monthly regional travel (mileage reimbursed) and the opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a growing tech-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow AV display sales across multiple markets
Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales Consultants
Build new B2B client relationships while maintaining and expanding existing ones
Develop sales strategies, set goals, and ensure team accountability
Work hands-on with clients throughout the sales cycle
Stay current on AV technology trends and product knowledge

Experienced in AV technology sales
Skilled sales leader with management experience
Confident communicator with a consultative approach
Organized, self-driven, and motivated by results
Able to travel regionally each month (mileage reimbursed)
