Payroll Specialist
Fuse3 Solutions is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for a stable and growing company located in north Oklahoma City. This full-time, on-site opportunity offers a collaborative team environment and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities of Payroll Specialist:

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple departments in an accurate and timely manner

• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure proper documentation of withholdings, deductions, and garnishments

• Assist with payroll-related reporting and compliance tasks, including payroll tax filings and W-2 preparation

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding paychecks, timecards, and payroll discrepancies

• Collaborate with HR to ensure accuracy of employee data including new hires, terminations, and changes

• Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end close

• Support audits by providing payroll information and documentation as requested

Qualifications of Payroll Specialist:

• 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Knowledge of wage and hour laws and payroll compliance standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation: $22 - $23 per hour, depending on experience
