Fuse3 Solutions is seeking Full time Customer Service Representatives to assist callers on a contract basis! If you’re fluent in English and Spanish and have strong customer service skills, and can handle high-volume calls, we want you on the team!

Customer Service Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and assist callers with applications
  • Provide quality customer service and resolve inquiries
  • Accurately complete and submit applications over the phone
  • Follow policies and procedures for the application process
  • Offer referrals and escalate cases when needed
  • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation

Customer Service Shifts Available:
Two Full Time Shift Options (35-40 Hours) ~ Two 15 Min Breaks, 30 Min Lunch
  • 7:30AM – 4PM (Every Saturday with 1 Day off in the week)
  • 11:30AM – 7PM (Every Saturday with 1 Day off in the week)

Customer Service Representative Requirements & Pay Rate:
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred
  • $18.50/hr. for bilingual representatives paid weekly
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask using phone and database systems
  • Reliable internet access with a quiet place to work
