Citrix Systems Administrator
Fuse3 Solutions is seeking a Citrix Systems Administrator for a growing healthcare organization in Oklahoma City. This full-time, onsite role plays a key part in supporting and maintaining the organization’s Citrix infrastructure—especially as it relates to Epic systems and other core clinical applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge, a healthcare IT background, and a passion for optimizing performance and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities of Citrix Systems Administrator:

• Administer and maintain Citrix infrastructure, ensuring system performance, reliability, and security across the organization.
• Optimize Citrix environments to support Epic applications and other clinical systems.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to support the availability and performance of virtualized desktops and applications.
• Implement system improvements, monitor performance, and proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure systems are compliant with IT security standards, regulatory requirements, and healthcare compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
• Serve as a technical mentor to junior IT staff and contribute to ongoing infrastructure strategy and improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant work experience
• 5+ years of Citrix specific experience in a healthcare environment.
• Preferred certifications including CCA-V, CCP-V, CCA-AppDS
• Additional tech stack: VMware, Nutanix, Cisco, SAN storage, PACS deployments

Salary of Citrix Systems Administrator: $85,000 - 95,000 depending on experience
