Fuse3 Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join a fast-paced, collaborative IT environment in Oklahoma City. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and cloud-based data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize database performance, perform backups, and manage availability groups.

• Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server environments (on-prem and Azure).

• Support data warehousing and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.

• Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and database security policies.

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams on enterprise projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration and development.

• Strong skills in T-SQL, PowerShell scripting, performance tuning, and high availability.

• Experience with Azure database environments, Active Directory, and licensing.

• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data warehouse maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Microsoft certifications such as DP-300 or AZ-104 are a plus.
