Fuse3 Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join a fast-paced, collaborative IT environment in Oklahoma City. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and cloud-based data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize database performance, perform backups, and manage availability groups.
Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server environments (on-prem and Azure).
Support data warehousing and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and database security policies.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams on enterprise projects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration and development.
Strong skills in T-SQL, PowerShell scripting, performance tuning, and high availability.
Experience with Azure database environments, Active Directory, and licensing.
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data warehouse maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Microsoft certifications such as DP-300 or AZ-104 are a plus.
