Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain digital and physical well and lease files
- Input and manage lease and contract data in database for compliance
- Review and interpret leases, deeds, and contracts
- Support division order processing and well deck uploads
- Track AFEs and partner elections (operated and non-operated)
- Assist with title, regulatory, and shut-in payment coordination
- Help implement process improvements and transition to paperless systems
What You Bring:
- Solid understanding of land ownership and title issues
- Strong lease and contract analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Team player with excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
