Position: Construction Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage job cost tracking and ensure accurate recording of expenses.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts for construction projects.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitor project costs against budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper allocation of costs and resources.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Handle payroll and ensure accurate tracking of labor costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in construction accounting or a similar industry preferred.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software 
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
