Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and compliance procedures

• Sell cashier’s checks, money orders, and process cash advances

• Report suspicious activity and follow security protocols

• Promote bank services and support other branches as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of cash handling & customer service experience

• Basic math, computer, and communication skills
