Fuse3 Solutions is assisting a growing OKC-based organization in hiring a Senior Manager of Business Analytics This leadership role will oversee a team of Business Analysts and manage a broad portfolio of business and technology initiatives focused on process improvement and systems optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts, providing mentorship and training to ensure consistent project delivery.

• Oversee a high-volume project portfolio, coordinating work breakdowns and sprint schedules in JIRA.

• Translate technical changes into clear updates for executive stakeholders; prepare concise reports and presentations.

• Drive the development of structured business requirements, user stories, and process documentation.

• Promote Agile best practices and cross-functional collaboration while managing team capacity and resource planning.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis, with at least 2+ years in team management and project leadership.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

• Skilled in process mapping, requirements gathering, and executive communication.

• Experience with SQL, systems architecture, and managing multiple complex initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required.

Preferred: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or systems thinking frameworks; experience mentoring junior analysts; and background in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
