Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports in accordance with GAAP.

• Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Prepare supporting documentation for audits and tax filings.

• Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends, errors, or discrepancies.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

• Assist with payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions as needed.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external auditors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or related financial role.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $80,000 depending on education and experience.
