Systems Developer

Fuse3 Solutions has partnered with a company that has a long-tenure and is on a steady growth trajectory. Their legacy team is looking for a skilled 4GL Developer to join their other developers. 

This position is a hybrid position in Oklahoma City.


Responsibilities of Systems Developer:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain 4GL and LION-based applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, applying strong debugging and problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand system needs and implement practical solutions.
• Support the entire software lifecycle, from development and deployment to maintenance and optimization.
• Document technical processes, troubleshooting procedures, and system enhancements for knowledge sharing.
• Utilize version control (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) to manage development workflows.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate legacy systems with modern technologies as needed.

Qualifications of Systems Developer:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Experience developing in frameworks including Pascal, OBOL, or Progress. Linc or Lion knowledge perfered.
• Experience with 4GL programming languages required
• Additional tech stack to include AWS, Azure, APIs

Salary of Systems Developer: $90,000 - 110,000 depending on experience
