IT Project Manager

Fuse3 Solutions is working with a client looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects from initiation to completion. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring project goals align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.

Responsibilities of an IT Project Manager:

• Plan and Manage IT Projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define Project Scope, Goals, and Deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and Maintain Project Timelines and Budgets, monitoring progress and managing risks.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Oversee Project Execution, tracking milestones and resolving issues proactively.
• Manage Vendor and Stakeholder Relationships, ensuring expectations are met.
• Ensure Compliance with IT Standards and Security Policies throughout project lifecycles.
• Report on Project Status, providing updates and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications of an IT Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master) preferred.
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Salary Range of IT Project Manager: $85,000 - 110,000 depending on experience
