Inside Sales – Freight Logistics

We’re seeking a driven Inside Sales Associate to manage daily freight bookings, work with 3PL brokers, and oversee load logistics. Ideal candidates have transportation or inside sales experience, excel in fast-paced environments, and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book freight with 3PL brokers and manage load boards.
• Coordinate with Fleet Managers and customers professionally.
• Enter and update load data, appointments, and modifications.
• Handle high email volume and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Negotiate freight terms and manage driver assignments.
• Ensure compliance with policies and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of transportation or sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and planning skills.
• Detail-oriented, quick-witted, and able to retain information.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and listening skills.
• Competitive mindset with grit and drive to succeed.
• Punctual, organized, and efficient with workload management.

Full-time | 7 AM - 5 PM | Team of 5-10 salespeople

Salary starts at $50,000 - $55,000, depending on experience
