Manager of Application Development

This position is fully onsite opportunity in Oklahoma City for local candidates.

Responsibilities of Manager of Application Development:

• Identify and Implement New Technologies to enhance and modernize applications.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Lead Application Modernization using C#, Python, COBOL, and Java to drive efficiency.
• Manage IT Projects to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery.
• Optimize System Performance for scalability, reliability, and user needs.
• Ensure Security and Compliance by implementing robust data protection measures.
• Hire, Train, and Lead a Development Team to foster innovation and collaboration.
• Develop Policies and Procedures to guide application development and operations.

Qualifications of Manager of Application Development:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
• ???????5+ years of experience in application development with 3 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in C#, Python, and Java
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, DevOps, and agile frameworks

 
Salary of Manager of Application Development: $90,000 - 115,000 depending on experience
