Senior Claims Manager – Delegated Authority (Claims)
Location: Oklahoma City 
Type: Full-time

We are seeking multiple strategic and experienced Senior Claims Managers to lead the oversight of delegated authority claims programs across diverse lines including auto, property, and liability. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with deep claims expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-integrity outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and strategic direction to third-party administrators (TPAs) handling delegated claims.

  • Analyze coverage, set reserves, and advise on claims resolution strategy and litigation management.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting using internal platforms.

  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • Participate in audits, training initiatives, and new program rollouts.

  • Monitor portfolio performance through data analysis and trend evaluation.

  • Travel as needed for mediations, trials, or team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in commercial claims handling and management, including complex property, auto, and liability exposures.

  • 5+ years overseeing delegated claims or TPA programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry certifications a plus.

  • Active Multi-Line Adjuster License in good standing.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management platforms.
