We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to support a growing team and ensure smooth daily operations. This long-term role blends office management, bookkeeping, and administrative support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and support the team’s day-to-day needs
- Handle bookkeeping, including cutting 50–60 checks weekly in QuickBooks
- Coordinate with the purchasing manager and other team members
- Maintain schedules, records, and project documentation
- Provide administrative support to the owner and leadership team
Qualifications:
- Experience: Office management or administrative experience (homebuilding or construction preferred)
- Skills: Proficiency with QuickBooks and bookkeeping
- Attributes: Organized, self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
Compensation : $50,000-$55,000
