We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to support a growing team and ensure smooth daily operations. This long-term role blends office management, bookkeeping, and administrative support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and support the team’s day-to-day needs
  • Handle bookkeeping, including cutting 50–60 checks weekly in QuickBooks
  • Coordinate with the purchasing manager and other team members
  • Maintain schedules, records, and project documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the owner and leadership team

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Office management or administrative experience (homebuilding or construction preferred)
  • Skills: Proficiency with QuickBooks and bookkeeping
  • Attributes: Organized, self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable

Compensation : $50,000-$55,000
