Maintain and oversee the cost accounting system, including standard cost updates and variance analysis.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for manufacturing operations.
Track and monitor raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory costs.
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize cost efficiencies.
Conduct cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Provide financial insights to management for strategic planning and decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
