Job Title: Marketing Director
Reports to: Senior Vice President
Purpose:
Lead the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue, ensure brand integrity, and support company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and marketing initiatives.
- Direct creative, broadcast, and revenue-generating activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, media, and partners.
- Oversee sponsorships, philanthropy, and e-commerce marketing efforts.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Marketing Team and Creative Services Manager.
- Ensure effective communication and brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing and supervisory experience.
- Strong skills in media strategy, brand management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, organization, and creative skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, travel as needed, and sit for extended periods.
