Responsibilities:

• Design Substation Relaying and Metering systems, including drawings and material lists.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., NERC).
• Analyze relay misoperations and events.
• Develop SCADA point lists and communication configurations.
• Assist with relay settings, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Create reports and ensure project compliance.
• Attend meetings and adhere to safety policies.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of substation relaying, metering, AutoCAD, SEL software, and SCADA systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• EIT or PE certification preferred.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with occasional fieldwork and travel.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring mental alertness.
